crap, that hurts like hell, and damn that chicken!
That must have been SOME chicken!!!! "That chicken killed Yarnpirate's toe!" "That bastard!" Hope it feels better soonest!!!
Sorry about the toe! Hope you feel better!
Sounds like we should get together and all have a go at that frozen chicken ala "Office Space" and the fax machine... I'll bring the baseball bat!
Ouch!!! So sorry! :(
((hugs))
Clearly, chickens everywhere must be taught a lesson.
I recommend eating your weight in fried chicken. That'll learn 'em.
Well, if someone asks you to toe the line, you now have a great excuse not to. Serve that frozen chicken with the frozen peas that will make such a good cold pack to bring down the swelling on the blue toe. And heal fast!
I would've turned vegetarian real fast ... if I wasn't already.
AUGHH!!! Honey, watch out with the frozen poultry. It can be deadly! Seriously though, I feel for you. I hope its not hurting too badly and the swelling has gone down. Ouch. It hurts just thinking about it.
So sorry to hear about your foot. I think I once broke my toe by banging it on the side of the tub when getting out of the shower. I couldn't go to work for a couple of days. It hurt A LOT. You have my sympathies.
I found your blog through your beautiful Diamond Fantasy Shawl. I'm thinking of tackling it as my first "real" lace project (I've done branching out in a thickish bamboo yarn).
I love your version so much, do you recall what yarn you used. If you mentioned it in your blog, I couldn't find it.
Thanks so much for your help.
Hope the foot heal soon!
