Do you think this is too extreme for a wedding?

I am having the WORST time figuring out what to do with my hair.

It should be noted that the dreads are MADE WITH YARN. So it's suitable for a knitting blog. Nyah.

Too extreme for your wedding, maybe. If you are not the bride, I say go for it.

It is your blog, after all. You're not required to talk about yarn every time.

I kind of like it.

Oh if it were my wedding I'd totally wear them. *grin* I think that since the groom is a total rivethead and the bride is wearing a black corset, probably it's ok.

Besides. I haven't worn them out of the house yet. THey need breaking in.

Inky, who made your hairpieces? Did you make 'em yourself or buy them?

I made these, but some of the yarn came from my friend Ashbet at Psysheep and she totally showed me how to construct. She makes the most awesome dreads.

I'd love it if you showed up with your yarn dreadlocks at my not-anytime-in-the-foreseeable-furture-wedding.
I also give the thumbs-up to the natural curly long hair look too. :-)

You'd have fit right in at my wedding! My brideslaves picked their own dresses of blood red, had extensions and opera gloves and corsets, whole 9.

I wore white just to be ironic.

;) Have fun at the wedding!
